By 15 July 2000, and the 15th day of the month following each calendar quarter, submit a <br />quarterly progress report for the former Chevron Station 49-5775 site that provides the results of <br />groundwater monitoring, sample analysis and site work performed during the previous calendar <br />quarter. Groundwater analysis is to include total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline. benzene, <br />toluene, ethyl benzene, total xylenes, ethylene dibromide, 1,2-dichloroethane, MtBE, TBA, <br />r. DIPS, ETBE, TAME, ethanol, and methanol. The quarterly progress reports shall include: <br />a. Groundwater elevation contour maps <br />r; <br />b. Pollutant concentration contour maps <br />c. Groundwater purge data sheets <br />d. Tabular results of current and all previous data <br />e. Narrative describing the work presented in the report, including methodology <br />f. Discussion of the status of investigation and cleanup activities <br />g. Evaluation of the effectiveness of cleanup activities and an estimate of pollutants treated <br />,-, versus pollutants remaining <br />h. A schedule for future activities <br />i. Include data from the last three months, document treatment or disposal of an <br />r, contaminated soil or groundwater generated during the investigation and cleamup <br />- activities. <br />12.
