SPILL PREVENTION, CONTROL, AND COUNTERMEASURE PLAN <br />ADESA Golden Gate <br />18501 W. Stanford Road <br />Tracy, CA 95377 <br />MANAGEMENT APPROVAL <br />Full approval is extended by ADESA management at a level with the authority to commit the <br />necessary resources to implement this Plan. <br />In accordance with Part 112.5 of Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), this Spill <br />Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan will be updated within 6 months of a change <br />in facility design, construction, operation, or maintenance that affects the facility's potential for <br />discharge of oil to navigable waters or adjoining shorelines. This Plan will be reviewed once every 5 <br />years from its original date and amended to include more effective prevention and control <br />technologies, if available.
