An AST operating permit will <br />be activated. <br />The facility does not have a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures plan (SPCC) as required <br />by the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act (APSA), California Health & Safety Code section <br />25270.4.5(a). Class 2 violation. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: <br />Complete a SPCC plan, review with the facility employees and keep on site. The Tier 1 template at <br />httn://www.calcupa.net/programs/aboveground storage tanks spcc/default.asp can be used to satisfy this <br />requirement. The SPCC plan can be uploaded in the California Environmental Reporting System <br />(CERS).
