February 24, 2016 <br />Page 5 <br />As an elevated container, Tank 25 is only required to have formal external inspections in accordance to the Steel <br />Tank Institute Standard SP001 and the Chevron Americas Products ILAST Standard, as cited in the SPCC Plan. <br />The formal external inspections for Tank 25 were not scheduled within the normal timeframe set by Chevron <br />ILAST Standard. The terminal scheduled and implemented the inspection on Friday, February 12, 2016.
