The following information is enclosed for <br /> your review: <br /> • "State Water Resources Control Board(SWRCB) letter dated 15 April 1998" relating to the storage <br /> statement and fee and a copy of the APSA. <br /> • SWRCB pamphlet entitled "Information on the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Program" <br /> • A sample of a"Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC)Plan" which can be used to <br /> develop a plan for your facility. <br /> The storage statement and appropriate filing fee must be submitted to the SWRCB by 10 April 2000. <br /> A SPCC Plan must be developed for your storage tank(s) and submitted to the Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board by 10 May 2000. <br /> If you have any questions regarding this program, please call me at (916) 255-3029. <br /> ally <br /> G.
