Enclosed for your review is <br /> the following information: <br /> • Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) Information Sheet regarding the storage <br /> statement, fee and spill prevention control and countermeasure plan submittal requirements. <br /> • Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act with 1991, 1993, 1994 and 1995 Amendments. <br /> • State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Pamphlet entitled Information on the <br /> Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Program. <br /> • A sample of a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC)Plan that can be used to <br /> develop a plan for your facility. <br /> The storage statement and appropriate filing fee must be submitted to the SWRCB by <br /> 14 March 2001. <br /> A SPCC Plan must be developed for your storage tank and submitted to the RWQCB by <br /> 16 April 2001. <br /> If you have any questions regarding this program, you may call me at (916) 255-3029. <br /> A , cuvo_x� _Uf <br /> G.
