On 10 May 2001, staff sent you a second notification <br /> letter requiring documentation of your compliance with the APSA. You have not complied with these <br /> requirements. <br /> California Water Code Section 13267 authorizes the Regional Board to require submission of technical <br /> reports under specified circumstances. The technical report required in this letter is necessary to <br /> demonstrate compliance with the APSA. The Haven Acres Marina that you operate contains aboveground <br /> storage tanks subject to the APSA. Pursuant to Water Code Section 13267,by 15 July 2002, the Haven <br /> Acres Marina is required to submit a technical report including a certified SPCC plan and proof that you <br /> filed a storage statement and fee for your aboveground tanks with the State Board. <br /> Failure to submit this information as required could subject you to administrative civil liability or other <br /> enforcement action in accordance with California Water Code Section 13268.
