Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plan Template <br /> LOG OF REVIEW-AND AMENDME <br /> NON TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS <br /> • Non-technical amendments are not certified by a Professional Engineer. <br /> • Examples of changes include, but are not limited to, phone numbers, name changes, or any non-technical text <br /> change(s). <br /> TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS <br /> • Technical amendments are certified by a Professional Engineer(§112.5(c)). <br /> • Examples of changes include, but are not limited to, commissioning or decommissioning containers; <br /> replacement, reconstruction, or movement of containers; reconstruction, replacements, or installation of piping <br /> systems; construction or demolition that might alter secondary containment structures; changes of product or <br /> service; or addition/deletion of standard operation or maintenance procedures related to discharge prevention <br /> measures. It is the responsibility of the facility to determine, and confirm with the regulatory authority as <br /> necessary, what constitutes a technical amendment.
