Main Street <br /> Stockton, CA 95202-3019 <br /> Attention: Stacy Rivera, REHS <br /> Ms. Rivera <br /> The following information pertains to the audit completed at our Stockton Mobile Equipment <br /> facility 120 Frank West Circle, Stockton, CA 95206 on June 7, 2011 . <br /> Hazardous Waste Program Inspection Report <br /> Number 7 — The metal fines are being gathered in a labeled 5 gallon bucket, that does have a <br /> Hazardous Waste Sticker attached, but at this time the material has not been determined to be <br /> a hazardous waste. When at least a quart of the material is gathered, the material will be <br /> collected by our hazardous waste handler and the appropriate tests will be conducted to <br /> determine if it is hazardous. Upon determination appropriate training and procedures will be <br /> taken. <br /> Number 18 — Called Asbury and used anti-freeze was collected, manifest attached. <br /> Number 32 — Tank assessment was done for the used antifreeze tank and is attached. <br /> Number 33 — Existing tank is a double walled tank, this item needs to be removed from the <br /> inspection list. <br /> Number 35 — The site inspection sheet has been modified to include a daily inspection of the <br /> used anti-freeze tank. <br /> Number 45 — An updated contingency plan was completed and is included with this submission. <br /> A copy has been placed with the Hazardous Material Business Plan on site and a copy is <br /> attached. <br />
