VALLEY PACIFIC PETROLEUM SERVICES,INC.—STOCKTON FACILITY <br /> IN-SERVICE ABOVEGROUND STORAGE TANK <br /> INSPECTION REPORT <br /> TANK: AST-7 <br /> Inspection Date: February 15,2017 <br /> 1.0 PREFACE <br /> Throughout this document, `Customer', `Client', or `Facility' refers to Valley Pacific Petroleum Services, <br /> Inc.—Stockton Facility; and `Consultant', `Engineer' or `Condor' refers to Condor Earth. <br /> The field observations and research reported herein are considered sufficient in detail and scope to form a <br /> reasonable basis for an in-service evaluation of the 10,000-gallon Aboveground Storage Tank(AST). <br /> The methods used to acquire the information as well as compile and analyze the inspection data are <br /> considered current and widely accepted methods in the industry. These methods have been developed to <br /> provide our Client with information regarding apparent indications of existing or potential conditions <br /> relating to AST-7 and are limited by the accessibility to the tank and information available at the time of <br /> the site visit and inspection. Conclusions listed in this report may have been based in-part on information <br /> provided by the current facility owner, their agents and/or third parties. Determining the accuracy of <br /> information provided by others was not within the scope of services for which Condor was retained. <br /> Conclusions based in whole or in part upon information provided by others shall be relied upon at our <br /> Client's sole risk. <br /> This inspection report serves as documentation of the formal external inspection results for AST-7 on the <br /> date of the inspection located at the Facility. It is intended to provide the tank owner/operator with an <br /> assessment of the tank's current condition, recommendations for improvements to maintain long term <br /> integrity, and an opinion of the tank's suitability for continued service. <br /> 2.0 INSPECTION PROCEDURES <br /> AST-7 was inspected following the portions of the applicable procedures contained in the Steel Tank <br /> Institute (STI) Standard SP001-05, September 2011 "Standard for Inspection of Aboveground Storage <br /> Tanks." <br /> Where applicable, Condor provided the following inspection and testing services on the tank: <br /> 1. Visually inspect the outside of the tank in detail. At a minimum, the following components were <br /> inspected(where applicable): <br /> a. Primary tank <br /> b. Secondary tank <br /> c. Tank supports <br /> d. Tank anchors <br /> e. Tank foundation and external supports <br /> f. Tank gauges and alarms <br /> g. Insulation covering <br /> h. Tank appurtenances <br /> i. Normal vents <br /> j. Emergency relief vents (ERVs) <br /> k. Release prevention barriers <br /> Sil� CONDOR <br />
