The Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasures (SPCC) plan has two recommendations in <br /> section 17 which have not been implemented and signed off. The SPCC plan is not considered <br /> complete until these recommendations are implemented and signed off. <br /> 504, 505. The facility diagram does not show the location of the oil-filled equipment listed in Table 11.1. <br /> Three of four portable generators with diesel tanks were not included in Table 11.1. Update the facility <br /> diagram and Table 11.1. <br /> 516. Section 11 of the SPCC plan states that the oil-filled equipment in this section do not need <br /> secondary containment if the facility has an oil spill contingency plan and a written commitment of <br /> manpower, equipment, and materials required to expeditiously control and remove any quantity of oil <br /> discharged that may be harmful. This information could not be found in the SPCC plan. Provide this <br /> information or install secondary containment around the oil-filled equipment listed in section 11. <br /> 517. Failed to maintain signed records of inspections and tests required by the SPCC plan. Start <br /> documenting the required monthly and annual inspections and tests using the forms in the SPCC plan. <br /> 518. Failed to document annual training as specified in the SPCC plan. Start documenting the required <br /> training using the forms in the SPCC plan. <br /> Note <br /> 1.
