A new written Hazardous Material Business Plan dated 12/2009, available for review at our office. It <br /> contains all the correct contacts. <br /> (? F} 2. Table 2, page 14, regarding (3) 250 gallon containers-one container was removed from service and we <br /> have updated the HMBP. <br /> 3. Table 7, Manifest documents were not found: See attached manifest, all have been located and placed <br /> in the files. Copies are attached for your review. <br /> 4. Failed to determine if waste is a hazardous waste, body shop paint booth air filters. <br /> All filters will be disposed of as hazardous waste, until such time as the filters can be tested and we can <br /> determine if they can be treated as non hazardous. <br /> 5. Failed to minimize hazardous waste. <br /> a. Remove all contaminated oil and disposed in a hazardous waste drum, removed by Evergreen <br /> Environment. See attached photos. <br /> b. Implemented program where facility is inspected monthly for hazardous waste left by truck <br /> drivers. <br /> c. Exhibit A photo's of cleaned up areas, Exhibit B manifest to haul off dirt. <br /> pc4) 6. Waste Storage Tank and Connecting Piping Inspection report dated 1/29/2009, available for review at <br /> our office. When the report is updated in 2014 we will have it include the new oil tanks. <br /> fl !V 7.
