2050 E.Fremont Street Unit B
• Stockton.Ca 95205
: 209-465-8200
209-465-8203 fax
dh i bler(&ari estek.com
Aries Tek Ltd
December 17,2010
Boral Roofing
9508 S.Harlan Road
French Camp,CA 95231
Attention: Carlos Arellano
Subject:Liquid overfill protection
Dear Carlos:
We propose to install liquid overfill protection in three tanks at your plants. We would include at each plant the
following equipment:
1. Three pressure transducers with digital readout and 2 alarm outputs. The readout would show the
depth in each tank. The alarms can be set to activate at any depth. The readouts would be
mounted in a NEMA 12 steel panel.
2. We would also include three different lights that would activate at set level as a warning the
tanks were getting full. The second alarm would shutoff a pneumatic fill valve. We would supply
2 two inch and 1 four inch pneumatic butterfly valves as shutoffs.
3. The pressure transducers would be mounted on a stainless steel pipe that would be inserted in the
tank from the top. This will prevent plugging of the transducer. The pipes could also be blown
out to make sure they are not plugged.
The cost of the above equipment is$7950.00 per plant or three tanks systems plus tax.
The cost of installation of the above systems would be for mechanical$3500.00 per plant.
The cost of the electrical installation for the above systems is$3600.00 per plant.
Should you have any questions for the above please let me know?
Sincerely,
Dan Hibler P.E.
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
