Harney Lane, Lodi, CA 95242 <br /> This letter is in response to the Summary of Violations from your inspection on 2/14/2011. Enclosed, <br /> you will find a copy of the Return to Compliance form in which we have reviewed your findings and have <br /> provided you an update of corrective actions taken. <br /> 1. Complete the Tier I template and maintain a copy on site. Ensure that all applicable aboveground <br /> storage tanks have the required secondary containment. <br /> An SPCC plan using the Tier I template has been prepared and shall be maintained at the facility. We are <br /> in the early stages of design work for secondary containment for the gasoline and diesel storage tanks. <br /> 2. Ensure that all containers of hazardous waste are marked with all the required information,and <br /> that hazardous waste is properly disposed (#20). <br /> Containers were properly labeled with required information. Attached are the Consolidated Manifest <br /> for used oil and uniform hazardous waste manifest for flammable liquids <br /> 3. Several used oil filters were found in an old tank (#23). The containment drum of used oil filters <br /> lacked accumulation start date (#23). <br /> The used oil filters were placed in the used oil containment drum, and an accumulation start date was <br /> provided. These items were rectified during the inspection. <br /> 4. The generator shall submit a legible copy of the missing manifest (#005744678JJK) indicating <br /> confirmation of delivery(60, 61 &62). <br /> Enclosed you will find a copy of the above-mentioned manifest. <br />
