Release Prevention Barrier <br /> • FG3301 <br /> o Tank has an integrated concrete filled secondary containment (annular)from the MFG. <br /> It is dry,and free of liquid (from the MFG provided inspection port). <br /> Shell/Labels <br /> • FG3301 <br /> o Tank shell is in excellent condition. The coating is in good condition and showing no <br /> signs of degradation. <br /> o Existing labels are in decent condition, however missing a "Safe Fill Level" label.They <br /> are only applied on the butt end of the tank that is facing traffic/useage. <br /> Venting/Overfill/Level Detection <br /> • FG3301 <br /> o Primary tank has a 2" Primary vent that extends approx. 6'from the top of the tank. <br /> Capped off with a Rain Cap. It is in good,working condition. <br /> o Primary tank has a weighted Emergency Vent. It is in good,working condition. <br /> o Secondary tank has a weighted Emergency Vent. It is in good,working condition. <br /> o Tank has a Morr Bros 918 Clock Gauge being used for level gauging purposes. It is in <br /> good,working condition. <br /> o Tank has an overfill horn attached to the level monitor. <br /> o Tank also has a Veeder Root probe attached to a Veeder Root tank monitor for level <br /> gauging purposes. <br /> Grounding and Bonding <br /> • FG3301 <br /> o No Grounding or Bonding is present or needed as the tank is inherently grounded by <br /> design. <br /> Piping <br /> • FG3301 <br /> o All pressurized piping is installed per MFG and regulatory specs.There are no signs of <br /> leakage or areas of concern. All valves appear to be in good working condition. <br /> o Underground piping must be tested and monitored according to local regulations. <br /> 4 <br />
