Aboveground Petroleum Storage Inspection on 7/06/10 <br /> Corrective actions taken: <br /> 1) #8, Amend plan as needed and provide copies. <br /> 2) #16, Complete full plan approval and provide copies <br /> 3) #18, Make needed adjustments to facility diagram and provide copies. <br /> 4) #19, Make needed corrections of product type and capacity as per pictures. <br /> 5) #24, Make needed adjustments to plans contact list and provide copy. <br /> 6) #31, Make Daily documented inspections and provide copies. <br /> 7) #32, Implement Proper annual training program and provide documentation. <br /> Currently in training process with the aid of James Plummer @ Clearwater <br /> Enviromental (510)476-1786. <br /> 8) #48, Provide evidence of tank testing according to plan, Stockton Service Station <br /> Equipment is scheduled to test tank on 8/11/08, will provided test results by 9/01/10. <br /> 9) #50, 240 gallon hydraulic oil storage tank to be outfitted with proper labeling and <br /> liquid level sensing device. Stockton Service Station Equipment will provide device <br /> and install asap, device had to ordered.
