As of the date of the inspection, October 16, 2018, <br />California Materials, Inc. was in violation by failing to provide a written SPCC Plan in accordance with <br />CFR Part 112. <br />California Materials, Inc. is in the process of correcting this violation. California Materials, Inc. <br />has taken the following step in the correction process: <br />1. Reached out to WGR Southwest, Inc. consulting firm and have received a quote for drafting <br />a SPCC Plan. <br />Additionally, California Materials, Inc. upper management is in the process of negotiating terms and <br />making a final decision regarding drafting the SPCC Plan.
