(Compartment 1 holds 2,250
Compartment 2, 6750 and compartment 3 holds 1800)
We use only compartment 1 &3 for Red dye off road diesel. We use this fuel for new incoming
tractors from the factory that will be cleaned up,fueled and go on our ready line for sale.
We do not retail our fuel to the public it is for internal company use only. (Off road)
It is our understanding that by cutting down the actual capacity by establishing an above
Ground tank"Closed Not in Use" we can get our capacity to a level that we would be a self
certified facility.
# 10 1 have been trying to set up a meeting at your office to clarify the meaning of"review &
evaluate" of SPCC plan every 5 years. Does of tier classification have a bearing on the plan?
#34 This one is very confusing and after taking the SPCC training class as recommended did not get
any clearer. The petroleum tank listed above is already a double walled tank and for drainage I
an assuming the issue is spillage while fueling, we have placed 30 gallon containers full of
absorbent material on each side of the tank for use when spills occur while transferring fuel
nozzle to the tractor. Beyond this there is no way to "Berm" the tank as tractors must drive to
and from it for fueling.
#36/37 Your circle is in the middle of these two numbers so I am assuming they are both marked.
See#34 (#34, 36 & 37 seem to all be related)
#56 See enclosed pictures, I am not understanding#56 statement, the pipes are all braced and
Secure
#59 We will be more than happy to provide warning signs, please advise the wording of the signs to
Be sure we get it correct; we are not sure what the sign should say.
Rick Fitzsimmons
Bobcat Central Inc
0
,r.
'
ell
rJ113111,1)l1111111111111111111111J111)1111l11)111111111111111111111111l3111111111)l,11111,1/1ll)lit)!)JfllJ/lilJl)1/11111)1)111,1,1,1,111111111111111 J131111111,111,1,1,111/111,111)1,1,11111,11111)1)111,1,111111111/1111111J1)11111/1,/,1,11,11
