You did NOT have violations for any of those.
Because APSA report you received is a carbon copy, it will receive unintended marks/ bleed through on type of
paper from pressure written from another paper on top of this carbon copy. I did NOT circle those numbers so I
have no idea where they came from.
You only actually had only 2 violations in the APSA report that I marked with a slash ( / ): #1 and 7 and I have
received your corrective action statements for those already.
Please open the email attachment. It has the"real"APSA inspection report without those weird circles along with
the written description on the continuation form. I have attached a copy of your corrective action statement for the
violations#1 and 7.
The HW file is complete. Please send me email updates on the answer regarding the multi-compartment
aboveground storage tank from the Environmental Protection Agency ruling so that we can close this file too.
Thank you,
Thuy Tran
From: Rick Fitzsimmons [maiIto:rick.fitzsimmons@bobcatcentra1.com]
Sent: Monday, August 02, 2010 2:53 PM
To: Thuy Tran [EH]
Subject: Return to Compliance
I am working on the return to Compliance Certification now
Here are my issue's
You inspection line idem # 6 SPCC plan certification by a Professional (PE) missing or
incomplete.
