Figure 3 does not list the 500 gallon gasoline fuel tank that is in figure 2, tables 3 and 7, and page 8 of 2.7 section 2.7 Oil Storage. The Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure(SPCC) Plan shall include a facility diagram which must mark the location and contents of each fixed storage container and the storage area where mobile or portable containers are located. It mtist identify the location of and mark as"exempt" underground tanks. It must also include all transfer stations and connecting pipes, including intra-facility gathering lines. Immediately update the facility diagram to include all of the required information. Submit a legible copy of the updated facility diagram to the EI-ID for review. Figure 3, figure 2, tables 3 and 7, and page 8 of 27 section 2.7 Oil Storage list a 1100 gallon motor oil tank. The tank plate and marking indicate that this is actually a 550 gallon tank. Figure 2, tables 3 and 7, and page 8 of 2.7 section 2.7 Oil Storage indicate a 500 gallon gasoline AST 5. The label on the tank indicates that this is actually a 1,000 gallon tank. You must also address in your SPCC Plan: The type of oil in each fixed container and its storage capacity. Immediately update the facility SPCC Plan to include all of the required information.
