Specifically, you were required to register all aboveground petroleum storage tanks at your <br /> facility subject to the APSA and pay the appropriate fee to the State Water Resources Control Board <br /> (SWRCB). The SWRCB has not yet received your storage statement and fee. <br /> Our letter also asked you to develop a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure(SPCC) Plan for <br /> your aboveground tanks by 13 March 2000. To date, we have not received your SPCC Plan. <br /> By 22 May 2000,you are required to submit the SPCC Plan and proof that you filed the storage <br /> statement and fee with the SWRCB. Any operator or owner of a tank facility who fails to comply with <br /> the provisions of the APSA may be subject to monetary penalties. <br /> If you are having difficulties developing the SPCC plan or have any questions regarding these <br /> requirements,please contact G.
