Above Ground Petroleum Storage Act (APSA) Program Inspection Report
Corrections to Violations from Audit on 5/18/10
#2 HSC 25270.4.5(a)
Daily inspections of the 2 fuel storage tanks have been done and are being done daily as
required. Attached are daily inspections for the past year through 6/15/10. There are 5 years of
records in storage here at the facility.
#8 CFR 112.5(a)
The SPCC Plan is being reviewed for required changes and corrections. We will have
final draft submitted to project manager by June 30. We should receive completed plan within
60 days. We will keep your office updated as information becomes available.
#48 CFR 112.8(c)(6)
Upon review of aboveground tanks, we have found that testing is not required if not in
the SPCC Plan for convault tanks. We are taking this out of the SPCC Plan to be in compliance.
When testing becomes mandatory, we will add it back into the SPCC Plan.
