Cluff Avenue, Lodi, site, including the Bio-Assay. <br /> We believe that the material should be considered non-hazardous <br /> and make the following proposal for treatment: <br /> . 1) Haul the material to Frank C. Alegre°s Highway 12 <br /> r r property (Mr. Alegre owns this property 1000). <br /> r 2) Lay material at a 12 to 18 inch thickness on a ,6-9 <br /> mil plastic. <br /> 3) Place appropriate burm around project to protect water <br /> run off. F <br /> r 4) Treat material with Hydrocarbon Specific Bacteria method <br /> (Bio-remediation) . F <br /> 5) Turn material one time per week and monitor moisture and <br /> nutrient content by a registered en'ga_u:er, to obtain <br /> optimum treatment conditions. <br /> 'this treatment should take 2-3 months and the material woul, stay <br /> on site.
