Page 8 section 7.2 of the facility SPCC Plan lists tests and inspections that must be conducted. <br /> Documentation of tests conducted and test results were not found on site. Inspections and tests must be <br /> conducted in accordance with the written procedures developed in the SPCC Plan. Records of these <br /> inspections and tests must be signed by the appropriate supervisor or inspector and kept on site with the <br /> SPCC Plan for a period of three years. Correct immediately by implementing this practice. <br /> 609. Page 8 section 7.2 of the facility SPCC Plan lists tests and inspections that must be conducted. <br /> Documentation of tests conducted and test results were not found on site. Integrity testing has not been <br /> conducted on the aboveground petroleum tanks per the facility SPCC Plan. The facility shall test or <br /> inspect each aboveground container for integrity on a regular schedule and whenever you make material <br /> repairs. Examples of these integrity tests include, but are not limited to: visual inspection, hydrostatic <br /> testing, radiographic testing, ultrasonic testing, acoustic emissions testing, or other systems of non- <br /> destructive testing. Comparison records and other records of inspections and tests must be maintained <br /> on site with the SPCC Plan. Immediately conduct all necessary integrity testing and maintain records on <br /> site as required. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form with a statement of how <br /> each violation was corrected, including supporting documentation to the EHD. <br /> This completed report on 3-26-12 supersedes the original inspection checklist left on site with operator <br /> on 3-23-12. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD Inspector: Received By: Title: <br /> Aris Cacapit (209) 468-3453 i <br /> EHD 23-02-003 Rev 07/12/11 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
