It was stated <br /> during the inspection that there may be more than one 55 gallon drum at the site at a time. <br /> • The type of oil in each fixed container and its storage capacity. For mobile or portable <br /> containers, either provide the type of oil and storage capacity for each container or provide <br /> an estimate of the potential number of mobile or portable containers,the types of oil, and <br /> anticipated storage capacities.Amend the plan to reflect the requirements of this section, <br /> submit a copy of the plan to the EHD. <br /> • This is a minor violation. <br /> Corrective Actions To Be Taken For Each Violation: <br /> 1. The SPCC Plan will be updated to reflect the correct number of bulk storage tanks, oil-filled <br /> operational equipment (gen-sets), portable containers and containers that are equal to or <br /> greater than 55-gallons. <br /> 2. A copy of the Plan will be submitted to the CUPA once it is updated. <br /> Item#608: CFR 112. 7(a)(3)(v) Plan failed to address disposal methods for recovered materials. <br /> Summary of Violation: <br /> • The SPCC plan failed to address disposal methods for recovered material. Methods of <br /> disposal of recovered materials in accordance with applicable legal requirements shall be <br /> described in the SPCC plan. <br /> • Address disposal methods and submit copy of SPCC plan to EHD. <br /> • This is a minor violation. <br /> Corrective Actions To Be Taken For Each Violation: <br /> 1.
