Summary of Violations: • The SPCC plan did not address the estimate of the potential number of mobile or portable containers and the anticipated storage capacities for the 55 gallon drums. It was stated during the inspection that there may be more than one 55 gallon drum at the site at a time. • The type of oil in each fixed container and its storage capacity. For mobile or portable containers, either provide the type of oil and storage capacity for each container or provide an estimate of the potential number of mobile or portable containers,the types of oil, and anticipated storage capacities.Amend the plan to reflect the requirements of this section, submit a copy of the plan to the EHD. • This is a minor violation. Corrective Actions To Be Taken For Each Violation: 1. The SPCC Plan will be updated to reflect the correct number of bulk storage tanks, oil-filled operational equipment (gen-sets), portable containers and containers that are equal to or greater than 55-gallons. 2. A copy of the Plan will be submitted to the CUPA once it is updated. Item#608: CFR 112. 7(a)(3)(v) Plan failed to address disposal methods for recovered materials. Summary of Violation: • The SPCC plan failed to address disposal methods for recovered material. Methods of disposal of recovered materials in accordance with applicable legal requirements shall be described in the SPCC plan. • Address disposal methods and submit copy of SPCC plan to EHD. • This is a minor violation. Corrective Actions To Be Taken For Each Violation: 1. SPCC Plan will be revised to include the disposal methods for recovered material. 2.
