Both piles have been properly removed from the site. <br /> Violation#102—Failed to properly close a tank that is considered permanently closed. <br /> - We have removed all liquids and sludge from each container(Exhibit 2 is the invoice for removal) <br /> - We have disconnected and blanked off all connecting lines and piping from the tank(s)(Exhibit 3) <br /> - We closed and locked all valves <br /> - We posted a sign in a conspicuous spot stating that the container is permanently closed with the date <br /> when it was closed. (Exhibit 3) <br /> Violation#103—Failed to file Business Plan or annual facility tank statement if capacity is over 10,000 gallons. <br /> - The tanks have not been in use for over 5 years and have been properly closed and drained, meeting <br /> the Violation#102 requirements.Therefor a business plan will not be required. <br /> Violation#106—Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> - We are sending this report in to meet the 30 days <br /> Violation#107—Failed to report program data electronically. <br /> - The tanks have not been in use for over 5 years and have been properly closed and drained, meeting <br /> the Violation#102 requirements.Therefor a submission of California Electronic Reporting System will <br /> not be required. <br /> Violation#109—Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from designated facilities for three years. <br /> - The tanks have not been in use for over 5 years and have been properly permanently closed and <br /> drained, meeting the Violation #102 requirements.Therefor copies of the uniform manifests will not <br /> be required. <br /> Violation#112—Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years <br /> - The tanks have not been in use for over 5 years and have been properly permanently closed and <br /> drained, meeting the Violation#102 requirements. (Exhibit 2 is the invoice for removal.) <br /> Violation#116—Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> - We are sending this report in to meet the 30 days <br />
