Minor Violations: <br /> # 9. Failed to amend the SPCC Plan within 6 months. Per Justin, a 1 K gallon gasoline AST had been out <br /> of service for a long time; employees uses gas card for refueling. In the SPCC Plan, the gasoline tank is <br /> not mentioned that it is not in use. Amendments must be made within 6 months and implemented as <br /> soon as possible, but not later than 6 months. Correct by adding an amendment regarding the status of <br /> the 1 K gallon gasoline AST. <br /> #24. Failed to provide phone numbers for cleanup contractors with whom you have an agreement for <br /> response along with phone numbers of the local agencies who must contacted in case of discharge. In <br /> the Notification section, page 6, there is no listing for a cleanup contractor to call in case of an response. <br /> It also lacks a current phone number for San Joaquin County (SJC) Office of Emergency Services and <br /> has no contact phone numbers for SJC Environmental Health Department. Correct by inserting the <br /> above phone numbers required. <br /> # 52. Failed to promptly correct visible discharges. An old accumulation of dried cakey oily residues <br /> accumulated within the bottom of the secondary containment of the lubricants storage area. The <br /> accumulation can hide potential small discharges that are unseen. Correct by promptly correcting visible <br /> discharges that results from loss of oil from container, including but not limited to seams, gaskets, piping, <br /> pumps, valves, rivets and bolts. <br /> Submit to SJC EHD within 30 days (10-04-10): <br /> 1. one copy of the completed "Return to Compliance Certification" form <br /> 2. a written corrective action statement for the above violations <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE($122). <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTI AT#W TIME AT EHD'S CURREN HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD Inspector: Re 11ea y: Til : <br /> , 0611 <br /> JIttt <br /> EHD 23-02-003 Rev 08/10 0 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
