Specifically, you were required to register all aboveground petroleum <br />storage tanks at 805 S. Locust St., Ripon subject to the APSA and pay the appropriate fee to the <br />State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB). The SWRCB has not received your storage <br />statement and fee. <br />Our letter also asked you to develop a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan <br />for the aboveground tanks by 22 November 2000. To date, we have not received your certified <br />SPCC Plan. <br />By 8 June 2001, you are required to submit the SPCC Plan and proof that you filed the storage <br />statement and fee with the SWRCB. Any operator or owner of a tank facility who fails to <br />comply with the provisions of the APSA may be subject to monetary penalties. <br />If you have any questions regarding these requirements, you may contact G.
