The permit has been approved with the <br />following conditions: <br />Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Vicki McCartney at (209) 468-9852 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br />aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br />approval. <br />a. Witness soil sampling below the ten UDCs, below removed piping if extensive <br />beyond the UDCs, and stockpiles. <br />b. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to <br />ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 <br />California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. If it is determined that <br />a cold start is necessary, a copy of the alarm history shall be printed prior to <br />performing the "cold start" of the Veeder Root system and made available at the time <br />of EHD inspection. <br />c. Primary piping soap test: One hour pneumatic pressure test at 110% of operating <br />pressure, or 40 psi, whichever is greater, before backfill. <br />
