The missing alarms include: L10 alarm on Febr <br />ary 28, 2014 and May <br />15, May 28 and June 16, 2014 alarms associated with testing conducted during the <br />most recent UDC <br />upgrade. During the monthly inspection, the designated operator shall review the <br />�larm history for the <br />previous month, check that each alarm was documented and responded to approphately, <br />and attach a <br />copy of the alarm history with documentation taken in response to any alarms to the <br />monthly report. <br />Ensure that designated operators performing monthly inspections at this facility ard <br />including all of the <br />required Information on the reports.
