The Professional Engineer (PE) certification is incomplete, missing the following components: <br /> a. PE or his agent has visited the facility. <br /> b. Procedures for required inspections and testing have been established. <br /> c. The Plan is adequate for the facility. <br /> The PE certification must include all of the parts in Title 40 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 112.7 <br /> (d).
