REHS
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
Laurie Cotulla, REHS
PROGRAM COORDINATORS
Carl Borgman, REHS
Mike Huggins, REHS, RDI
Margaret Lagorio, REHS
Robert McClellon, REHS
Jeff Carruesco, REHS, RDI
Kasey Foley, REHS
The Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act (APSA) requires the San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department to survey all sites that contain aboveground storage
tanks (ASTs). Our records indicate you are the current property owner of the above -
reference property, and I conducted a survey to collect information regarding the ASTs
on May 22, 2008.
During the survey four ASTs were observed. Because the total capacity of these four
tanks appears to exceed 1,320 gallons, the tanks are subject to the provisions of the
APSA. The tanks did not have labels indicating the capacity and contents of the tanks.
In order to complete the survey accurately, I need to know both the size and contents of
the tanks.
Please contact me with the requested information as soon as possible. I can be reached
at (209) 468-0339.
Sincerely,
Cody Begley, REHS
Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist
CB:kb
