Please submit a permit application and the associated $89.00 <br /> fee to PHSIEHD within 30 days from the date of this letter. I# <br /> f � ' <br /> The bore holes resulting from the installation of the probe must be destroyed with a neat cement grout. <br /> Total lead should be determined in the selected soil samples using EPA Method 7240. Any soluble <br /> lead determinations should be made using EPA Method 7241 utilizing a ideionized water extraction <br /> solution. <br /> Ir <br /> I The evaluation of several potential remedial alternatives is warranted at this point. However, a finsl <br /> determination must be made after the complete evaluation of all the data generated from the site. <br /> i ' <br /> Please be informed that site inspections, including sampling, are pan important part of regulatory <br /> oversight.
