Box 2009 • (1601 East Hazelton Avenue) • Stockton,California 95201 <br /> cai:ikoR�`P <br /> (209)468-3400 <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for the <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br /> it South A Street (APN# 153-040-03-5) , in the City of Stockton, has <br /> been reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division. The plan is a proposal for <br /> mitigation of hazardous substances which contaminated the site due <br /> to an unauthorized release associated with the underground storage <br /> tank that was located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br /> Environmental Health Division, 445 N.
