In response to the violations noted during your inspection on October 18, 2010 we <br />are taking the following corrective action: <br />a. Violation 18, include all aboveground piping which transfer Petroleum <br />based chemicals into the facility SPCC. I have contacted with Bureau <br />Veritas North America, Inc. to modify our existing SPCC to include this <br />information in our facility diagram. <br />b. Violation 23, address methods of disposal of recovered materials. I have <br />contacted with Bureau Veritas North America, Inc. to modify our existing <br />SPCC to include this information. <br />c. Violation 24, SPCC plan contact list not correct and had out of date phone <br />numbers / organization names. This violation has been corrected via pen <br />and ink change to current SPCC and will be officially changed during the <br />re -write of the SPCC by Bureau Veritas North America, Inc. <br />2. The expected completion date for the update of the SPCC and the implementation <br />of any new procedures is pending the completion of the work contracted to <br />Bureau Veritas but is expected to be completed no later than January 30, 2011. <br />Thank you, <br />Duane Beckham 11- 1 '7, Z ©l 0 <br />
