PUBLIC NOTICE 5 <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective actionP lan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br /> 4579 Acampo, in the County of San Joaquin (APN 017-030-53-7) has <br /> been reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division PHS EHD The plan is a proposal <br /> for mitigation of hazardous substances which contaminated the site <br /> due to unauthorized releases associated with underground storage <br /> tanks (UST) which were located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Servicer, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, l[ has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that thelresultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the. contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at ' <br /> San Joaquin Street Stockton California during <br /> PHS/EHD, 445 N S n J qu g <br /> normal working hours, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5: 00 p.m. <br /> Questions should be directed to Michael Collins, EHS, at <br /> (209) 468-0338 regarding site specific procedures. <br /> i <br /> i <br /> Dated: August 12, 1992 <br /> By: Laurie Cotulla, Program Manager, Unit IV <br /> I <br /> 3 ' <br /> 111 ie <br /> r <br /> 1 � <br /> } <br /> i <br /> Il <br />
