San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division <br /> (PHSIEHD) required that soil borings with soil sample collection be <br /> performed to show that an unauthorized release of petroleum had <br /> not occurred. On this date four soil borings were drilled around the <br /> UST and samples were collected at 25�feet below surface grade. <br /> f Low levels of MTBE were found in two`'of the soil samples. <br /> 05/25/00 The UST was removed and soil samples were collected beneath <br /> a the piping and dispenser portions of the UST system. There was a <br /> cement slab beneath the UST so soil samples were not collected <br /> directly beneath the UST. The samples beneath the piping and <br /> dispenser were non-detect for contaminants of concern. <br /> ;I <br /> 6120121 Four soil borings were drilled to groundwater. Eight soil samples <br /> and four groundwater samples were collected.
