This information has been proviOusly presented to the San Joaquin County Enviromnental Health Division(County)in reports prepared in 1992 and it was discussed during our meeting on April 12, 1995. You have stated thatyou final the December 6, 1994 closure report"incomplete" because it "continually refers to previous reports". Apart from our obvious beliefs about how appropriate or inappropriate it is to refer to these earlier reports,it should be clear that only one owlier report is specifically referred to; and, it is rgrroduced and attached to the closure report and its results are very clearly and concisely summarized on gage two of the closum report. Accordingly, we submit that the closure report is comprehensive and complete. We continue to petition the County for adnunistrative closure, We have demonstrated,through groundwater sampling conducted over four successive calendar quarters, tinder the auspices of the County, that no detectable contamination remains at this site.
