In a telephone conversation on 17 August <br /> 1993, the Agency agreed to a reduced scope of work which included the installation and <br /> isampling of a single monitoring well downgradient from the former excavation <br /> 3.0 SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The scope of work performed by Treadwell & Rollo in the installation of the monitoring <br /> well (MW-1) included the following elements <br /> o prepared a work plan and health and safety plan for submittal to the San Joaquin <br /> County Health Services Agency <br /> 0 obtained a well construction permit from the San Joaquin County Health Services <br /> Agency (Appendix A) <br /> 0 dnlled, logged, and sampled one exploratory boring <br /> o field screened soil samples using a portable organic vapor meter <br /> 2 <br /> 11070707 PJC 18 November 1993 <br />
