The report <br /> should be compiled in accordance with the "Tri-regional Board Staff Recommendations for Preliminary <br /> Evaluation and Investigation of Underground Tank Sites, Appendix'k and should be signed and stamped <br /> by the appropriate registered or certified professional. Please submit the Soil Remediation Plan/Final <br /> Report by April 27, 1992.
