• s <br /> GRAFT CLEANUP AND ABATEMENT ORDER R5-2012-XXXX _ <br /> RALPH LEE WHITE AND PETER BUI <br /> 2122 SOUTH AIRPORT WAY,SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> 14.This Order requires investigation and cleanup of the Site in compliance with the Water <br /> Code, the Basin Plan, State Water Board Resolution No. 92-49, and other applicable <br /> Central Valley Water Board plans, policies, and regulations, including the State Board Low <br /> Threat Closure Policy. <br /> 15. Issuance of this Order mandates further investigation (including the approved ozone pilot <br /> testing) and will compel the Dischargers to implement cleanup of the contamination. The <br /> Site is currently an operating fuel station that is situated above Laminated soil and <br /> groundwater. After reviewing the all case information, submi chnical data, and after <br /> considering evidence in the Board's files regarding the exi nvironmental conditions <br /> at the Site, the Board can conclude that there is no poss' t the issuance of this <br /> Order will have a significant effect on the environmen h- e, issuance of the <br /> Order is not subject tothe California Environmental u y Act Resources Code, § <br /> 21000 et seq.), pursuant to California Code of R .ons, title 14, ion 15061(b)(3). <br /> REQUIRED ONS <br /> IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, pursuant to Wat de s s 13304 and 13 7 and <br /> Health and Safety Code section 252,96.10 and in c ith the State Board Low <br /> Threat Closure Policy, the Discharge all: <br /> 1. Information in this report may be used to identify <br /> additional dischargers who may be added to this or future orders. <br /> 4. Submit a Soil Vapor Investigation Work Plan by 30 December 201.2 to install a network of <br /> shallow soil vapor wells and collect soil vapor samples. The soil vapor survey shall be <br /> adequate to evaluate the risk that contaminated soil vapor may pose to human health <br /> through migration to indoor air.
