Issuance of this Order mandates further investigation (including the approved ozone pilot <br /> testing) and will compel the Dischargers to implement cleanup of the contamination. The <br /> Site is currently an operating fuel station that is situated above Laminated soil and <br /> groundwater. Submit a Soil Vapor Investigation Work Plan by 30 December 201.2 to install a network of <br /> shallow soil vapor wells and collect soil vapor samples. The soil vapor survey shall be <br /> adequate to evaluate the risk that contaminated soil vapor may pose to human health <br /> through migration to indoor air.
