The San Joaquin APN for, the site is 169-100-29. Ulycess <br /> Williams is the property owner of record and in 1989 initiatedIan environmental site assessment. <br /> The property was reported to have been a service station from 1956 and 1977, during which at <br /> least one tank upgrade is reported to have occurred in 1964. In 1989, the CVRWQCB requested <br /> w v <br /> a groundwater investigation which was initiated. Chevron continued the soil and groundwater <br /> investigation in 1990. Monitoring and investigative results suggest that the unauthorized release <br /> of petroleum hydrocarbons was extremely limited. San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHSIEHD) concurs with the'llrecommendation for site closure. <br /> i� <br /> I'. <br /> 1989 i7 <br /> Three soil borings, BHI - 13H3, are drilled and one monitoring well,'MWI, is installed.
