i <br /> i <br /> CHRONOLOGY <br /> ULYCESS WILLIAMS PROPERTY <br /> 2405 SOUTH AIRPORT WAY <br /> STOCKTON CA 95206 <br /> SITE CODE: 9034 <br /> ij <br /> The site is currently a vacant lot on the southwest corner of the intersection of Tenth Street and <br /> Airport Way, in Stockton CA. The San Joaquin APN for the site is 169-100-29. Ulycess <br /> Williams is the property owner of record and in 1989 initiated an environmental site assessment. <br /> The property was reported to have been a service station from 1956 and 1977, during which at <br /> least one tank upgrade is reported to have occurred in 1964.1 In 19,89, the CVRWQCB requested <br /> a groundwater investigation which was initiated. Chevron',continued the soil and groundwater <br /> investigation in 1990. Monitoring and investigative results suggest that the unauthorized release <br /> of petroleum hydrocarbons was extremely limited. San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) concurs with the recommendation for site closure. <br /> I� <br /> 1989 <br /> Three soil borings, BH1 - B143, are drilled and one monitoring well, MWl, is installed. See the <br /> attached copy of the soil <br /> 3 <br /> 1990 <br /> Three additional monitoring wells, MW2 - MW4 are installed. <br /> I 1 <br /> 1991 -1993 <br /> Groundwater monitoring continued. <br /> 1994 <br /> An additional monitoring well, MW5, is installed to evaluate groundwater downgradient of the <br /> area of the second series of tanks. <br /> 1996 <br /> PHS/EHD reviews closure report and recommends the site for closure/site certification. <br /> PHS/EHD has also attached figures indicating the extent of residual soil contamination, historical <br /> groundwater gradient information and a nearby well inventory. PHS/EHD has also prepared a <br /> summary table of the construction details relating to the soil:jborings (total depth) and monitoring <br /> well installations. j <br /> �a <br /> + Ij. <br />
