<br /> W of the Chevron sL, County records show that Tri Valley'Wholesale has one 1,000
<br /> gallon underground fuel-storage tank. This tank was precision tested on January 24,
<br /> 1994,and found to be"tight".
<br /> — 2. Rambo Baking Company,owned by Anheuser Busch,who owns Campbell-Taggert,is
<br /> located at 2651 S.Airport Way,approximately 1,500-feet south of the Chevron Site.
<br /> County records show that at least three underground fuel-storage tanks were excavated
<br /> mid removed from this property.
<br /> San Joaquin County Underground Storage Tank files Indicate that a 6,000-gallon
<br /> unleaded-gasoline storage tank wan removed on April 12, 1987,and a 20,000-gallon
<br /> diesel-fuel storage tank and a 10,000-gallon diesel-fuel storage tank were removed on
<br /> September 6, 1989. A June 1987,Environmental Science&Engineering, Inc.(ESSE)

<br /> file with the County,Indicates that two 6,000-gallon gawlIne-storage tanks were t
<br /> excavated and removed on April 12, 1987,and that one other underground-ctoragetarg
<br /> was still in operation at that Cme.
<br /> San Joaquin County records show that the 20,000-gallon diesel fuel tank was located an
<br /> T.e east side of the property. Analytical results from soil samples collected from pipeline
<br /> trenches and from the tank pit tank during removal did no:t detect total petroleum
<br /> hydrocarbons(1PH),or benzene,toluene,ethylbenzene,and xyllenes(BTE7f)
<br /> constituents.
<br /> ~ The 10,000-gallon,and the two 6,000-gallon tanks were located on the south side of the
<br /> property. Ao=ding to the ES&E report,analytical results from$oil samples oollected
<br /> from the tank plt during removal of the two 6,000-gallon tanks showed concentrations
<br /> of up to 0.9 ppm beaze-oe,320.0 ppm xylenes,37.0 ppm toluene,400.0 ppm other
<br /> volatile hydrocarbons,2,900 ppm total extractable hydrocarbons,0.13 ppm ethylene 4, ,
