File No. 2070-2
7 July 1990
Page 2
groundwater contamination has moved further down-gradient Chan originally anticipated. Copies of
the laboratory results of the sail and groundwater analysc5 are included and can be found at the
end of this letter.
To properly characterize the lateral extent of contamination,we have recommerded installation of
an additional monitoring well down-gradient from MW-7. We propose to install this well (MW-
8) approximately 100 feet cast of MW-7 (Figure 1). We have included with this correspondence an
application for permit along with the $35.00 well permit fee.
Prior to beginning site work, we will notify Underground Service Alert and review existing as-built
pians for the property in order to locate underground utilities. Also, we have reviewed our site-
specific health and safety plan and found i! to stili conform to current conditions at the Rainbo
Bakery site.
If You have any questions, please contact us.
Respectfully,
ANDERSON GEOTECIINICAL CONSULTANTS, INC.
Daniel D.
