The additional information <br /> requested was: <br /> 1. copies of laboratory reports .dor soil and groundwater <br /> samples collected during completion of the work outlined in <br /> the 19 January 1988 workplan. <br /> 2. a table of groundwater table elevations made at the site. <br /> Also, correct 10/14/88 date to 10/14/87. <br /> s. a well construction diagram for the proposed wells. <br /> 4. a health and safety plan for the proposed work, as <br /> required by the SJLHD. <br /> We are attaching the requested information to this letter. <br /> Specifically, we are including: <br /> I. Copies of. California Analytical Laboratory analyses of <br /> water samples taken 26 April 1988. These samples were taken i <br /> from wells number l(previously installed by our client's <br /> earlier consultant) , and 4 and 5(installed by our firm in <br /> January 1988) .
