I will need
a corrected NOI mailed to me. Also, please correct the CEQA section with the following
additions:
Type of CEQA: Mitigated Negative Declaration Date of CEQA: 14 July 2008
I have already restored Table 2 to its former list of constituents (see attached revised
draft MRP). Please review the attached MRP and in your reply, provide concurrence to the
entire document. Upon my receipt of the concurrence, you may begin the pilot study after
receiving the County's approval. The data from the pilot study will be used to determine
if a permit is needed for full scale implementation'. If a permit is needed, then the fee
will be submitted and a letter (Notice of Applicability) will be issued by this office.
Thanks.
Jim Barton
James L.L. I am out in the field all week so I won't have access to all of my
files. I will try to answer your questions in the three e-mails with this one reply.
The entire property consist of assessor parcel numbers are 169-12-001, 169-12-002,
169-12-003, 169-12-004, and 169-12-005. The study will take place in 169-12-002 and
169-12-003. I thought that I placed all of them in the NOI. It may be a form thing that
needs to be hand written.
If it will save you time we can place the.Cr 6+, etc. from the original tables if this is
a requirement for Modified Fentons reagent.
I realize SJC LOP will have to approve.the final work plan, I included the draft it so
that you could evaluate the MRP.
Please let me know if you have additional questions,
Thanks again
John R.
