By e-mail on 14 February 2011, Mr. John Carrow, <br />PG, of PSC Industrial Outsourcing, LP, requested, and the EHD approved a ninety -day <br />extension from date of the e-mail to receive these items from the CRWQCBCVR. The EHD <br />had initially approved the ISCO pilot test by letter dated 24 September 2010, but Mr. Carrow <br />notified the EHD that the process of applying for the general permit was delayed by the <br />acquisition of Sara Lee Bakery by Grupo Bimbo, S.A.B. de C.V. <br />If you have any concerns or questions, please contact Vicki McCartney at (209) 468-9852 or <br />by e-mail at vmccartney@sjcehd.com. <br />Sincerely, <br />Victoria L.
