Since the field activities have been scheduled to start on April 1St at the
Airport Way site, and I have not received your approval letter to the Work
Plan and Addendum yet, should I go ahead and send in the Boring Permit
request and payment now so that it will be there next week (Tuesday, March
18th )?
The drillers have been scheduled for quite awhile now and I am worried about
having sufficient time to get the permit in and approved in time.
Thank you for your assistance and hope you have a great weekend.
Paul Anderson
From: Anderson, Paul
Sent: Monday, March 03, 2008 3:47 PM
To: 'Vicki McCartney [EH]'
Subject: RE: ETA Update Needed (RI Work Plan Addendum) - Case #19093, Earthgrains
2651 S. Airport Way, Stockton, CA
Vicki,
Thank you very much for the update.
Both drilling contractors called me today and asked to delay the start until the
week of March 31st
Specifically, I would fly in on the 31St and would arrange to meet the drillers
on Tuesday, February 1st
This should correlate with your training schedule.
To accommodate the MIP contractor, we need to perform the MIP/CPT for
both the Airport Way site (April 1 st through April 3rd) and then the Lincoln
Street site (April 4th through 11th), then come back and perform the
Hydropunch activity. That is why the week of April 14th has been tentatively
set for the Hydropunch activities, unless the drillers request to perform the
Hydropunch activities at the Lincoln Street site first.
Either way, I want to be sure that I have sufficient time to submit the boring
permit once your approval arrives.
Thank you for your assistance as we move the project forward.
Paul Anderson
From: Vicki McCartney [EH] [mailto:vmccartney@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Monday, March 03, 2008 3:17 PM
3/20/2008
