I must be informed at least 72 hours prior to the quarterly monitoring event so I can <br />schedule this on my calendar. <br />Did you receive San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's letter dated October 12, <br />2006? This letter was sent to Don Helsel, Earthgrains Baking Company Facility, 2651 South <br />Airport Way. Stockton, and a copy of this letter was sent to you and Thomas Neely at ETIC. In the <br />future I will make sure that Earthgrains Baking Company Facility is changed to Sara Lee Bakery <br />Group, Inc. as you have requested. Do you not want a copy of future letters to go to Thomas <br />Neely at ETIC? <br />When I issued the permit for the upcoming fieldwork, I sent the permit as an attachment in an e- <br />mail sent to Andrew Matthew at ETIC. Do you want me to forward this e-mail to you? <br />On October 23, 2006, 1 informed ETIC that I must attend meetings on the mornings of November <br />15th and 17th and will not be available for grout inspections until the afternoon.
